Executive Management

Mr. Orbach has served as Executive Chairman of SR Bancorp and Executive Vice Chairman of Somerset Regal Bank since September 2023 in conjunction with SR Bancorp’s acquisition of Regal Bancorp and its subsidiary Regal Bank. Prior to these appointments, Mr. Orbach served as Executive Chairman of the Board of Regal Bancorp since its formation in 2017 and of Regal Bank since 2011.

Mr. Taylor is Executive Vice Chairman of SR Bancorp and Executive Chairman of Somerset Regal Bank having served as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Vice Chairman of SR Bancorp and Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Somerset Regal Bank from September 2023 through December 2025.  Previously Mr. Taylor served as Chairman of the Board of Somerset Savings Bank since 2018 and Chief Executive Officer of Somerset Savings Bank since 2013. 

Mr.  Pribula is President and Chief Executive Officer of SR Bancorp and Somerset Regal Bank having served as President and Chief Operating Officer of SR Bancorp and Somerset Regal Bank from September 2023 through December 2025.  Previously Mr. Pribula served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Somerset Savings Bank since 2019.

Mr. Viotto is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of SR Bancorp and Somerset Regal Bank having served as Senior Vice President of Mortgage Lending for Somerset Regal Bank from September 2023 through December 2025.  Previously, Mr. Viotto served as Senior Vice President, Mortgage Lending and CRA Officer of Somerset Savings Bank since October 2022, having previously served as Vice President Mortgage Originations Manager from 2011-2021.

Mr.  Faqueri is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer SR Bancorp and Somerset Regal Bank. Mr. Faqueri was previously Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Somerset Savings Bank since March 2021. Prior to joining Somerset Savings Bank, Mr. Faqueri served as Vice President, Accounting at Investors Bank, Short Hills, New Jersey.
