SR Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) is a Maryland corporation and the holding company for Somerset Regal Bank, a New Jersey-chartered stock commercial bank headquartered in Bound Brook, New Jersey, with offices in Essex, Hunterdon, Middlesex, Morris, Somerset and Union Counties in New Jersey.

Somerset Regal Bank was established in 1887 as The Bound Brook Building and Loan Association with the mission of being a strong and stable community banking institution where customer service is paramount. Somerset Regal Bank was previously known as The Bound Brook Building and Loan Association, the Bound Brook Savings and Loan Association, Somerset County Savings and Loan Association, Somerset Savings and Loan Association and Somerset Savings bank prior to becoming Somerset Regal Bank in 2023.

In 2023, the Bank reorganized into a stock holding company form of organization after which Somerset Regal Bank became the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. Concurrent with the conversion from mutual to stock, the Company acquired Regal Bancorp, Inc. and its subsidiary Regal Bank.
